What areas do you service?
We serve within a 100-mile radius of our base city and can travel further if needed.
Can we choose the music to be played or do you have set playlists?
You can choose specific songs or let us craft a playlist that fits your event perfectly.
Do you provide any additional equipment or services
Yes, we provide high-quality sound systems, microphones, and basic lighting. Enhanced lighting, smoke machines, and other special effects can also be arranged upon request.
How far in advance should we book your services?
Ideally, book at least 3-6 months in advance, especially during peak seasons.
What is your cancellation policy?
For cancellations more than 30 days prior to the event, we offer a full refund minus a small administration fee. If the cancellation occurs within 30 days of the event, a 50% cancellation fee applies. Cancellations within a week of the event are non-refundable.
Do you have insurance
Yes, we are fully insured, which covers equipment and liability for peace of mind.
