1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website:

and the services provided by Brazilian General Services LLC (DBA MyFloridaWedding.com, dj4yourparty.com) (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
By accessing our website or booking services, you agree to these Terms.
2. Services Provided
We provide event-related services including, but not limited to:
DJ / MC services
Wedding entertainment
Photography & videography (via partners such as Photosbyclaudia)
Digital & 360 photo booth services
Lighting and special effects
All services are subject to availability and confirmed booking agreements.
3. Booking & Payments
A. Deposits
A non-refundable deposit (typically 50%) is required to secure your event date.
Dates are not reserved until deposit is received.
B. Final Payment
Remaining balance must be paid on or before the event date.
Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of services.
C. Payment Methods
We accept:
Credit/Debit cards
Zelle
PayPal
Other approved payment methods
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
All deposits are non-refundable.
Cancellations must be submitted in writing.
If cancellation occurs close to the event date, full payment may still be required.
Rescheduling
Rescheduling is subject to availability.
Deposits may be applied to a new date only if approved by the Company.
5. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:
Provide accurate event details (date, time, location, guest count)
Ensure safe working conditions (weather protection for outdoor events, power access, etc.)
Obtain any required venue permissions or permits
Provide meals for vendors for events exceeding 4–5 hours (recommended)
Ensure respectful behavior of guests
6. Performance Conditions
We reserve the right to:
Refuse service if conditions are unsafe, illegal, or abusive
Stop performance if equipment or staff safety is at risk
Adjust music selection based on crowd response and professionalism
7. Music & Content
Clients may provide playlists (Spotify, Apple Music, etc.)
We will make reasonable efforts to honor requests
We reserve professional discretion to read the crowd and adjust music accordingly
8. Equipment & Liability
We are not responsible for delays caused by venue restrictions, power failure, or external factors
Client is responsible for damages caused by guests to our equipment
Company is not liable for injuries, accidents, or damages beyond our control
9. Photography & Media Release
By hiring our services, you agree that:
Photos and videos may be used for promotional purposes (website, social media, marketing)
If you wish to opt out, a written request must be submitted before the event
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
11. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for failure to perform due to events beyond our control, including:
Natural disasters
Government restrictions
Power outages
Emergencies
12. Chargebacks & Disputes
Unauthorized chargebacks will be considered a breach of contract
We reserve the right to pursue legal action and recover fees, including attorney costs
13. Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, logos, and media are the property of:

Unauthorized use is prohibited.
14. Website Use
You agree not to:
Use the website for unlawful purposes
Attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse the site
Copy or reproduce content without permission

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
16. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page.

18. Artist Substitution Clause
In the rare event of illness or emergency, we reserve the right to provide a qualified replacement DJ or vendor of equal professionalism.
19. Weather & Outdoor Events Clause
Client must provide adequate shelter, covering, and power.
Failure to do so may result in termination of services without refund.
20. Setup & Access Clause
Client must ensure:
At least 1–2 hours setup time before event
Proper access for equipment loading/unloading
